1. Material and Structure
Material: Mainly composed of glass fiber and thermoplastic resin composite. Fiberglass, as a reinforcing material, provides strength and rigidity like steel bars; Thermoplastic resin serves as the substrate, wrapping glass fibers like cement and bonding them together as a whole.
Structure: Glass fibers are distributed in a three-dimensional staggered manner, which enables the pallet to have good mechanical properties in all directions, effectively solving the disadvantages of corrosion and heaviness of steel, warping and brittle fracture of plastics, and wear and tear of bamboo and wood.
2. Performance characteristics
Good rigidity: The elastic modulus can reach 3.7GPa, with small deformation and better rigidity than solid wood panels of the same thickness. It can better maintain its shape and provide stable support for the brick body.
High bearing capacity: The maximum load can reach 2.0kn, the bending strength is 51.0MPa, the compressive strength is strong, and it is not easy to break. It is suitable for the molding of heavy-duty and large-sized bricks, and has a higher bearing capacity than PVC boards and solid wood boards of the same thickness.
Good wear resistance: The surface hardness reaches Shore 72, with excellent wear resistance and long service life. Compared with solid wood panels and bamboo plywood, it is more wear-resistant and reduces the frequency of replacing pallets due to wear.
Strong impact resistance: With an impact strength of 20KJ/m ², it can resist vibration, impact, and drop, and is not easily broken during the pushing and vibration process of the brick machine. Even if the pushing plate is stuck, the pallet is not easily broken.
Good weather resistance: can withstand low temperatures up to -40 ℃, high temperatures up to 90 ℃, resist exposure to sunlight and aging, suitable for steam curing, can adapt to different working environments, and has better weather resistance than PVC, steel plates, bamboo and wooden boards.
Strong corrosion resistance: able to withstand the vast majority of acids, alkalis, and salts, it can protect iron and bamboo from rust and mold. Compared with steel plates and bamboo boards, it has obvious advantages in corrosion resistance.
Good water immersion resistance: The surface water absorption rate is less than 0.5%, which can effectively protect the bamboo and wood plywood and avoid performance degradation or damage caused by water immersion.
Lightweight: With a density of less than 1, it is lighter compared to pallets made of PVC, steel plates, and other materials, making it easier to handle and operate. It not only saves labor but also reduces friction.
Long lifespan: Theoretically, it can be used for 8 years, with low usage costs, reducing the time and cost waste caused by frequent replacement of pallets.
3. Application advantages
Improve production efficiency: Due to its high strength and wear resistance, it can withstand high-frequency vibrations and pushing actions of the brick machine, is not easily damaged, reduces downtime caused by pallet failures, and improves the working efficiency of the brick making machine.
Ensuring the quality of bricks: A flat surface of the support plate and stable support performance help maintain the shape and dimensional accuracy of the bricks, reduce deformation and cracking during molding and curing, and improve the quality pass rate of the bricks.
