Characteristics of fully automatic hydraulic brick making machine

2025 01/10

1、 Efficient automation production capacity
High frequency continuous operation
Rapid pressing can be achieved through hydraulic drive or mechanical transmission, producing 20-80 bricks per minute (depending on the type of brick), with a daily production capacity of 100000-50000 bricks, meeting the bulk demand of large-scale projects.
The full process automation design (raw material conveying → mixing → pressing → palletizing) can operate continuously for 24 hours, reducing downtime losses and increasing production efficiency by more than 10 times compared to traditional manual brick making.
Intelligent control system
Equipped with PLC programmable controller or touch screen human-machine interface, it can accurately set parameters such as pressure, pressing time, feeding amount, etc. The operation is simple, and workers can start working without complex training, reducing the threshold for human skills.
2、 Advantages in product quality and precision
High strength and high density
The hydraulic brick making machine can achieve a pressing force of 200-1000 tons, with a dense internal structure of bricks and a compressive strength of up to MU10-MU30 (such as standard concrete bricks with a compressive strength of ≥ 15MPa). It has excellent flexural and anti-seepage properties and is suitable for load-bearing walls, road surfaces, and other scenarios.
The mechanical transmission brick making machine achieves stable pressing through a crank connecting rod mechanism, with a size error controlled within ± 2mm, a smooth surface, clear edges, and easy construction and masonry.
Strong quality stability
Automated control eliminates manual operation errors, ensuring high consistency in strength, density, and size of each batch of bricks, with a scrap rate of ≤ 2%.
3、 Flexibility of raw materials and products
Multi type raw material adaptation
Industrial waste or natural aggregates such as fly ash, slag, tailings sand, construction waste, cement, and stones can be utilized, with a waste utilization rate of up to 90%. The raw material cost is low and in line with environmental policies (such as "resource utilization of construction waste").
The raw material ratio can be flexibly adjusted through the system to adapt to the characteristics of raw materials in different regions (such as differences in sand and stone powder content).
Diversified brick production
By changing the mold, dozens of products such as standard bricks, hollow bricks, porous bricks, grass planting bricks, slope protection bricks, roadside stones, permeable bricks, etc. can be produced, covering the needs of various fields such as building walls, municipal engineering, and garden landscapes. The equipment has strong universality.
